1) SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipping within mainland Spain are for orders over 40€.

Sometimes the package can be delayed 1 or 2 days because our service depends on a human chain that implies the shop, the courier service and our own management. We promise to make every effort for you to receive your goods as soon as possible.

If you have made your purchase through a campaign in another website different from anaissa either by discount coupons or direct purchase, shipping terms will be those established in that campaign.

IMPORTANT: Check your orders as soon as possible and make sure that everything is correct. We will only accept refunds within a maximum of seven days from receiving your shipment.


2) ABSENCE ON DELIVERY

If nobody is at home at the time of handover, do not worry.

The courier service will phone you to arrange another delivery or leave a message at your entrance door or in your mail box.

3) RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us at:

a) e-mail info@anaissa.com. We will answer within a maximum period of 48 business hours

b) Telephone (34)962224452. We will arrange your change at that moment.

In Anaissa we can change or replace the article in a new delivery, but never make a refund.

To request a change, you have to send us the product back on your own. As soon as we receive it, we’ll send the new product (shipping on our account). The shipping conditions will be the same as a first order.


IMPORTANT: To make any return you have to use the original package perfectly closed. In the case of underwear, the product must remain unopened and in perfect condition.
