Delivery Times and Rates

The order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment on working days. You can always know where your order is as you will receive a tracking number to track it. NATIONAL SHIPPING (SPAIN): 24-48h Peninsula.

International Shipments

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE): 24-72h. + costs 9,95€

Returns

Return Conditions

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to send the items back. If you do not send them within 7 days from the date of the return request, your order will be considered non-returned and therefore no refund will be made.

Collection costs are to be borne by the user.

All items must be unused with original tags attached and original packaging.

All items are accepted for return with the exception of the following:

Panties and stockings.

Lingerie such as panties, briefs, boxer shorts, briefs, girdles and any garment considered underwear.

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have the protective hygiene strip intact.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Amounts will be refunded in the same form of payment in which they were received within a maximum period of 72€ from the time the return of the garment is accepted.

How Do I Return An Item?

If you need to make a return, please contact us at hola@anaissa.com indicating in the subject: RETURN and your name and surname. Our office staff will contact you as soon as possible to tell you all the steps and remind you of our return policy. Please, check in the previous section the return condition of the garments and those that for reasons of hygiene or misuse cannot be returned. Can I exchange a garment from a return for another article, size or model? We are sorry, but we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or item, simply follow our returns process for the item you no longer want and place a new order. If it is a gift and you wish to exchange it, please email hola@anaissa.com and we will be able to help you.

What Happens If I Receive A Defective Item?

Anaissa garments are very resistant and high quality and are subjected to a rigorous quality control before being marketed. However, if by mistake you receive a garment with any kind of defect, please write to us at hola@anaissa.com indicating in the subject DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and attaching a photograph of it as well as your contact details. Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible and will give you precise instructions about the return in this case.
