Anaissa pays tribute to its founder on the 50th anniversary
Anaissa will celebrate 50 years of experience in the textile sector next year. That is why the group wanted to pay tribute to its founder, Jaime Francés López, with a nice trip to Santoni and Fulgar, the two Italian companies where the first weaving machines for the company were purchased. This trip has been a journey through time for us, with which we wanted to look back, and in which we have discovered how the Anaissa Group has grown since its beginnings in 1970. A trip as a tribute to our founder
Italy was the destination that our founder, Jaime Francés López, chose to buy the machines and threads for knitting, and to begin manufacturing and making underwear.
In the early 70s , Jaime Francés founded Anaissa , a small factory in Enguera (Valencia) where underwear, tights, stockings and mini-stockings were made. Thanks to his work and full dedication, as well as his desire to improve and be able to distribute his products throughout Spain, he expanded his staff and also his warehouse and offices, while Anaissa became one of the leading groups in the textile sector.
As a tribute to our founder and his dedication to the company, we wanted to make this trip to Italy where we were able to revisit different iconic Italian places such as Lake Garda or Lake Lovere; and of course, the two factories that he trusted to purchase the machinery and thread for our garments.
From the very beginning, the company has purchased machinery from the firm Santoni and the thread for the manufacture of garments from Fulgar . Both are two of the most famous suppliers for quality in the textile sector, and they are still our regular suppliers.

Both are still our regular suppliers , and the quality of their products is essential to ensure that the final result of our garments is the best for our customers.
Santoni (Lonati) was the factory where Jaime Francés bought the knitting machines . There we were able to discover new and innovative models that would allow us to focus on higher quality and more practical garments.
Fulgar is our Emana yarn supplier . A factory that is committed to the latest textile technology , and that has a large staff of young researchers in laboratories where they study the benefits, as well as control the quality of this smart yarn in each of its processes. The robotization of the departments left us speechless!
Our premise, quality and innovation
With this visit to the factories with our founder, in addition to paying him this beautiful tribute, we have been able to show him the technological advances that we apply to our garments in the new collections .
Our main premise is to offer the highest quality and to bet on innovation . That is why we have incorporated the use of Fulgar's new biodegradable eco-recycled threads, fulfilling our commitment to being a sustainable company . This new technology, which is much more environmentally friendly, is already part of the new capsule collection that we are preparing for 2020 to mark our 50th anniversary.
We are approaching our 50th anniversary
The Anaissa Group will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2020. After all these years in the textile sector, we have learned new techniques, used different technologies and, above all, grown together with our suppliers and customers.
Looking back, innovation and technological advances have helped us to offer our customers higher quality products , as well as many more health benefits through the use of smart threads. But what has not changed is our work philosophy . The effort, dedication and work in the factory and offices is carried out with the same intensity and enthusiasm as our founder Jaime Francés.
