Exchanges and Returns

In order to process an exchange or return, the product must be in its original packaging, with its labels and without having been used or handled .

Returns

• You can return the products with your preferred carrier; we recommend Correos ( Spanish Postal Service). You are responsible for the return shipping costs .

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Once the product has been received and checked, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Size changes

• Please indicate the size you want inside the package.

• We will send you the desired size at no additional cost , as we cover the shipping costs of the exchanged product .
