Exchanges and Returns

In order to manage an exchange or return, the product must be in its original packaging, with its labels and without having been used or tampered with.

At ANAISSA, we want your purchase to be 100% satisfactory. Therefore, we offer easy exchanges and returns, always respecting your right of withdrawal.

Returns

• You can return products with the carrier of your choice; we recommend Correos. The transport cost is at your expense.

• You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Size changes

• Indicate the desired size inside the package.

• We will send you the desired size at no additional cost, as we cover the shipping costs of the exchanged product.
