Weddings, Baptisms, Communions... Do you know how to choose your tights? Dazzle with Anaissa
Spring, the agenda? changes?!
Weddings, baptisms, communions, graduations... these types of events may multiply in your diary over the next few months. Spring is the starting point for different celebrations that we look forward to and prepare for for months. Events that are so important for us as guests, protagonists and/or organizers. To do this, we always try to be perfect; what dress should I wear, do I need a new suit, clutch, handbag...? an hour at the hairdresser's... and a long etcetera exclusively for the hours that the event will last.
Every detail counts, so what about tights? Let's be honest, there's nothing more horrible than a bad choice; how many times has our 'argg!'™ radar been activated when we see the toe of a tights peeking out from a sandal, marks showing through the dress or a whitish or overly tanned effect for the skin tone. An attack on elegance that causes us great pain at Anaissa.
To avoid these disasters and to help you dazzle at all your events at Anaissa we bring you the two best tips for choosing your stockings and panties:
- Stocking density, DEN: Den is the abbreviation for deniers, a measurement that determines the thickness of the stocking's thread. The lower the number, the thinner and more transparent the stocking (15, 20, 40...). From 60 den onwards we find the thickest, most opaque and resistant tights, that is, those with which the leg is barely transparent. For spring-summer events, we recommend the Summer 10 den Lycra tights without demarcation.
- Color of the stockings: A very common mistake is to test the color of the stockings on the skin of your hand or arm. Generally, this part of the body is more exposed to the sun and is more tanned than our legs. Therefore, it is advisable to compare the color with an area of the legs or some part of the body that is not exposed to the sun. The goal is to choose stockings that look as natural as possible, almost as if we were not wearing them, although you can choose a more tanned tone, it should always be a not excessively tanned tone.
