
LET'S GO FOR ROUTINE 5 OF THE #HEALTHYLIFEANAISSA CHALLENGE!
We are already reaching the end of our Anaissa #HealthyLife Challenge , which does not mean that we are reaching the end of our personal challenge . Remember that the key to success lies in consistency and patience . That is, create healthy lifestyle habits and, after a reasonable amount of time, which may be longer or shorter depending on how much effort you put in, you will see results.
Today we present our fifth training routine through a video. This routine is the hardest of those we have proposed so far , so we ask you, if you have not started the challenge from the beginning or you already have a fairly acceptable level of physical condition, do not start with it. Do not look for shortcuts, when it comes to getting in shape, there are none.
This routine is not recommended for beginners or people with a low level of fitness.
This routine is based on the AMRAP method , which stands for 'as many rounds as possible' . Ultimately, this is the goal of the session: to do as many rounds as you can in the time you have set for yourself. For this reason, you can get a workout done in the time it takes to complete a full round of the exercises you have set for yourself, which can be as little as 4 minutes. You set the pace and you also decide whether or not there is rest time between exercises.
Due to the characteristics of this training, we do not recommend doing it on consecutive days . If you intend to train two days in a row, it is better to combine this routine with those we have already shown in previous weeks , of lower intensity.
