ANAISSA HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE
How many times have you thought about starting to live a healthier life ? How many times, after a period of excess at the table, have you thought about joining the gym ? How many times have you started a diet on a Monday and abandoned it on Wednesday? We all know, to a greater or lesser extent, what we have to do to lose those extra kilos of fat that we have accumulated over the years, but very few of us find a definitive and lasting solution to the problem.
The 'Anaissa Healthy Life' Challenge aims to be a tool to help all those people who have at some point found themselves in one of these situations. With this challenge we want you to understand that, to be fit, lose those extra kilos of fat and gain health, it is not necessary to make a 180º turn in your daily life, but that great results can be achieved, simply by changing your perspective, and including small changes that do not have to negatively interfere with your routine, since, as you will see, they can be adapted and hardly take up any time.
YOUR ULTIMATE ALLY TO GET IN SHAPE
'Success is the sum of small efforts repeated every day'
We often think that we need to go to the gym 2 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, otherwise we won't see any results. Or that if I don't start that strict diet that my friend was prescribed, who lost 10 kilos when she did it (and has probably gained it back), I won't achieve anything either.
Along these lines, the Anaissa challenge aims to show you that it is easier to achieve notable and lasting results with small efforts in the same direction and maintained over time than trying to make a drastic change in your daily routine.
We hope that you will join our Challenge and that you will start with us to undertake those small changes that will lead you to achieve your results in a progressive and lasting way. Without miracles.

As we said, in a certain way, we all know what we have to do to be fitter and lose those extra kilos. The recipe is simple: stop having such a sedentary life, do more exercise and eat healthier . So far, so good. But if we know it, why is it so hard for us to put it into practice?
We often believe that the solution is to force ourselves to make big changes in our lives, but with our Challenge, you will learn that all it takes is a change in the way you see things to achieve your goals. We will try to give you some guidelines so that, without drastic changes in your life, you can add up those small efforts that will lead you to success.
In addition, you will understand that a healthy life does not only involve exercising regularly or just eating healthy. You do not have to choose one or the other. We often use the excuse of going to the gym to justify binge eating. In the same way, we tend to equate being thin with being healthy and the lack of need to exercise regularly. With our Challenge, however, you will understand that a true Healthy Living Plan covers both aspects and that taking care of one of the two does not exclude us from following the right path in the other aspect. In other words...
'Don't put in only half the effort, unless you can settle for half the results'
So, below we will debunk some deep-rooted myths that will change your perception of being fit.
WARNING: Once you read and understand these great truths, there will be no more excuses of any kind, neither for lack of time, nor for lack of resources, nor for lack of information... so, if you are not willing to improve your health and fitness, stop reading right now.

No, you don't have much time left to practice Physical Activity
The main reason (often an excuse) why 95% of people who 'would like' to do any kind of physical activity but don't do it is the lack of time, derived from our busy lifestyle. This is normal, if we understand the fact of exercising as synonymous with going to the gym 3/5 days a week and that, each of these visits, steals 2 hours of our time.
Well, in this challenge we will present you both on our social networks and on our YouTube channel , a series of videos with exercise routines that can be done anywhere (even in your own home), with hardly any material and investing very little time ( 10 '“ 15 minutes a day would be enough) so that it represents a feasible and real way to integrate the regular practice of Physical Activity into your daily life.
'Give us 1% of your time and we will change the other 99%'
We will present, over 6 consecutive weeks , a total of 6 training routines that can be done without having to go to a fitness center or gym, since we will propose exercises without equipment or with elements that are common in any home. Likewise, it is not necessary to have a high level of physical fitness, since we will start with simpler and less aggressive exercises that will prepare us for the following training routines that will gradually become more demanding.
These exercise routines are perfect to complement any aesthetic, therapeutic or nutritional treatment that you are undergoing with the goal of losing weight.
Since, as we have said, every small effort added in the same direction is the key to success, we recommend that you optimize the results of your efforts by using Anaissa garments with their EMANA technology , both in their sports line and in their casual line, since these accelerate the slimming process , among many other benefits that they can provide to your skin, such as reducing orange peel skin, reducing cellulite or improving microcirculation .
We will also give you some guidelines to integrate extra physical activity into your daily routine , without the need for it to be scheduled. Remember that any small effort added together in the same direction helps.

No, it is not necessary to diet to lose those extra kilos of fat.
Strict diets are a double-edged sword , as they require a huge amount of willpower to follow, as they are strict and restrictive. Let's be honest, when someone decides to skip the boiled beans for dinner, they don't usually eat mashed carrots or chard as an alternative, which wouldn't be a problem. Instead, they choose their cravings, the things they've been craving for weeks: a trip to the burger joint, that bag of chips I like so much, or that pizza with extra cheese and bacon.
Furthermore, we have all heard about the rebound effect that these types of diets produce, given that, being restrictive, they cannot be followed for long periods of time, otherwise they could lead to illnesses or nutritional deficiencies.
'The ideal is not to go fast but to have a defined path'
Instead, starting with small modifications to your regular diet and progressing towards a healthy nutritional plan that can be maintained over the long term is a safer way to achieve results that, although achieved more gradually, are also maintained over the longer term.
For this reason, we will show you the 'ingredients' of a healthy diet that does not have an expiration date, that is, those that can (and should) be maintained for a lifetime and that do not have to represent a torment for those of you who decide to take care of yourself for real and forever.
Likewise, we will give you a series of nutritional tips and guidelines that go beyond what to eat and that will help you improve your nutritional habits.

When the Anaissa Challenge is over, everything will be over.
While this is not a myth, we do want to make it clear that although the Anaissa Healthy Living Challenge articles and videos will be released over a 6-week period, taking care of your health does not end after this period of time.
Being fit and healthy is not like passing an exam. To pass an exam, you study for a couple of weeks (if you are a diligent person), and you go to the exam, take it, and (let's be positive) you pass with good marks. On the other hand, the Anaissa Healthy Living Challenge establishes a starting point and accompanies you to create and include the habit (or habits) in your daily life, but, these acquired habits must be, as the name of our challenge says, for life.
Most likely, in 6 weeks you won't have the body of your dreams . What is certain is that, if you follow our nutritional advice, incorporate our physical activity routines into your daily routine and use Anaissa's technological garments as the perfect complement; after those 6 weeks you will have already started to feel better, stronger and more agile, less bloated, you rest better ... and, if so, what would be the point of stopping?
Obviously, the more involved you are, the sooner you will see results. Someone who does the routines once a week will not be able to achieve the same results as someone who does them 3 times a week, or someone who does them 9 times a week. Similarly, applying just some of the nutritional advice will not be the same as applying all of them and controlling our intake.
To make it easier for you to track your progress, we will provide you with tracking templates where you can record your progress. Each week, we will present a downloadable and printable template from our blog adapted to the routine and part of the challenge of that week and new data will be included so that your progress is progressive.
If your goal is to improve your health and fitness, we can help you and we want to show you a non-aggressive and non-intrusive way so that you can achieve it in your current somewhat sedentary life, without too many inconveniences and in an adaptable and simple way. In other words, we offer you the possibility of creating habits in a relatively simple way to develop and carry out a Healthy Lifestyle Plan that can be maintained throughout your life.
In short, we challenge you to :
- Invest that 1% of the time we were talking about, which, as we said, represents only 15 minutes a day, for 6 days a week , doing the training routines that we will suggest to you.
- Start eating sensibly and based on the nutritional advice from nutrition experts that we will be giving you.
- Optimize your efforts and accelerate results by using Aniassa technological garments with their Emana technology .
Now it's up to you to decide. Do you dare to improve your health and fitness with our Anaissa Healthy Living Challenge?
