With the arrival of the new year, the list of new resolutions should already be written. If you haven't done it yet, surely many of them are on your mind. At Anaissa, we suggest that you include healthy habits in that list of resolutions so that you start 2022 with strength and positive energy.

Surely you've heard of some of the healthy habits we're going to mention now, but we're also pretty sure that you don't follow all of them. What better time than the beginning of the year to start creating a healthy routine?

Start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon. This simple routine gesture can provide your body and organism with many benefits that will help you feel better. Exercise regularly. This habit has surely been on your list of resolutions more than once. This will be the year that it becomes a reality. Find three or four one-and-a-half-hour moments a week to start a cardiovascular exercise routine and improve your good lifestyle habits.
