1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company Anaissa (SUC. de géneros de punto Francés, SL) with registered office in Enguera (Valencia), CP 46810, Calle Jaime Barberan S/N and identification number B97577894 organizes for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, 'the Promotion'), to be developed on the brand's social networks. Exclusive promotion for users who want to send the prize in Peninsular Spain. Adults in accordance with the provisions of the conditions section to participate.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on January 30, 2024, and will end on February 13, 2024.

3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

It is important to note that participation in the draw implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with the provisions of these Legal Terms and Conditions. The participation requirements are as follows: Promotion exclusively for users who want to send the prize in mainland Spain and are over 18 years of age. Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the social network Instagram or Facebook tagging 2 friends during the participation period. Participants may only participate with a single Instagram or Facebook profile. If it is detected that a Participant participates with several Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified. The application will accumulate mentions of the same Participant even if they are in different comments.

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

Three winners will be chosen. On February 14th, a random draw will be held through the Easypromos platform from among all participants who meet the participation criteria. The winner will be announced on February 14th through the brand's social profiles, along with the certificate of validity of the draw. The winners will receive as a prize: "1 Monaco sports legging" with home delivery in mainland Spain. Anaissa will contact the winner and await a response within 3 days from the date on which it is announced on the brand's social profile. If such contact is not made within the stipulated period, another winner will be assigned. The prize will be sent to the home address. The celebration of the draw, as well as the granting of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it is found that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Anaissa (ii) Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of Anaissa (iii) Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.). The prize awarded will not be transferable or susceptible to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or money. Anaissa reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior notification in legal form, to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion. Any fiscal or tax burden that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Anaissa in these Legal Bases, will be borne by the winner.

6.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we do not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Anaissa and that affects the normal development of the draw, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of the Participant will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
