Sometimes the order can be delayed by 1 or 2 days, given that our service depends on a human chain that involves the store, the courier and our own management. We promise to take care of your order so that it reaches you in the shortest time possible.

*If you have made your purchase through a campaign on another website other than anaissa.com, through coupons or direct purchase, the shipping conditions will be subject to those set by the campaign in which you have participated.

IMPORTANT! Check your order as soon as possible and check that everything is correct. Returns will only be accepted within a maximum period of 7 days from the delivery of the order.

2. ABSENCE IN DELIVERY

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, don't worry. The courier will try to call you to arrange a new delivery. If he cannot reach you on the telephone number you have provided us, he will leave you a note at the door or in the mailbox. You just have to follow the instructions in said delivery note, and you will be able to arrange a new delivery with courier the next day.

3. CHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know via

At anaissa, we can exchange or replace the item with a new delivery, we do not refund money.

To request an exchange, you must send the item back to us with the shipping at your expense. As soon as we receive it, we will send the new product with transportation at our expense. The delivery time will also be that shown in the SHIPPING RATES table.

IMPORTANT: To make any return it is essential that it be made with the original containers and the packed package. If the return is underwear, the product must be unopened, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
