2. NO DELIVERY
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, don't worry. The courier will try to call you to arrange a new delivery. If they cannot reach you on the phone number you have provided, they will leave a delivery note on your door or in your mailbox. Just follow the instructions on the delivery note and you can arrange a new delivery with the courier the next day.

To request an exchange, you must send the item back to us with the shipping costs at your expense. As soon as we receive it, we will send the new product with the shipping costs at our expense. The delivery time will also be as indicated in the SHIPPING RATES table.
IMPORTANT: In order to make any return, it is essential that it is done with the original packaging and the package wrapped. In the case of returning underwear, the product must be unopened, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
