La devolución de cada producto deberá realizarse en el embalaje original, con todas las unidades incluidas de los packs indivisibles y todas las piezas originales. 

Después de recibir el producto/s procederemos a realizar la devolución del coste del producto/s.

No se abonarán los gastos de envío del pedido original.

En caso de solicitar un cambio de talla, indíquelo en el email y dentro del paquete de devolución. Freeu Anaissa asumirá los gastos de envío del producto con la talla cambiada.
