Each product must be returned in its original packaging, with all units included in the indivisible packs and all original parts.
After receiving the product(s), we will proceed to refund the cost of the product(s).

If you request a size change, please indicate this in the email and in the return package. Freeu Anaissa will cover the shipping costs of the product with the changed size.
