Breathing is a process that we do automatically from the moment we are born and through which we nourish the cells of our body with oxygen. And although it may seem obvious, if we do it in the right way we will be able to recharge ourselves with energy.

Conscious breathing is much more than a fad in yoga studios and among mindfulness enthusiasts. It is known in these circles by its Sanskrit name, prÄ á¹‡Ä yÄ ma. BREATHING FOR SLEEPING WELL
Focus only on breathing. Find a place where you can be isolated and quiet and practice every day. With this practice you will be able to control stress and sleep better. It is recommended to repeat this exercise twice a day.- Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth in the upper part of your mouth.
- Inhale through your nose with your mouth closed and mentally count slowly to 4. Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
- Exhale through your mouth, blocking the air exit with your lips, as if you were going to blow, for 8 seconds.
- Repeat this exercise at least 4 times.
