RETURNS
Our return period is 15 calendar days from the date the order is received. Within this period you can request your return by emailing info@anaissa.com and send the package back to us at your expense to the following address:

Each product must be returned in its original packaging, with all units included in the indivisible packs and all original parts.
After receiving the product(s), we will proceed to refund the cost of the product(s).
